Strawberries, Habutae mochi, and smooth bean paste are all the stars of this treat.
Sweet and sour, fresh, large strawberries with a smooth, soft red bean paste filling are gently wrapped in fluffy habutae rice cakes.
The Habutae mochi is kneaded at maximum heat, then the heat is reduced just before it burns. From there, the temperature is gradually increased, resulting in a unique, fluffy texture with lots of air pockets.
Freshness is essential, so please enjoy it at your earliest convenience.
